- **Main Missions**
- Develops and coordinates Energy and environment management system, best practices, standards and division procedures and action plans to improve performance
- Analysis of energy and environmental trends
- Ensures efficient implementation of standards and best practices within the Division
- Maintains Integrated management system
- Coordinates and validates plant and Division EHS reporting
- **KPI and/or main deliverables**
- Energy and environment performance reports
- Monthly Enablon reporting
- Energy/Environment best practices

**Activities**

**ISO 50001 certifications management (Energy Management System)**:

- In charge of the deployment of the ISO 50001 Standards in all IES sites by 2025
- Evaluates needs and planning to lead sites to ISO 50001 certification
- Ensures that IMS is established, implemented, maintained and continuously improved in accordance with Division Standards
- Ensure ISO 50001 training to new sites & new Energy/HSE coordinators
- Coach and track ISO 50001 implementation of sites entering the certification
- Validate energy distribution per energy use and the implementation of associated action plans
- Coordination and validation of energy diagnostics and reviews.
- Animation of ISO 50001 approach on production sites, participates to ISO 50001 internal audits
- Coordinate and prepare Division ISO 50001 internal and external audits

**Energy Best Practices Program animation and development**:

- Develop with “métier experts” environment and energy best practices for production plants and buildings
- Benchmark and communication of energy best practices
- Follow the implementation of IES Mandatory Energy Best Practices and communicate on performance & progress
- Refresh Energy Best Practices Program (new Best Practice identification, improvement of the follow-up process )

**Energy Management**
- Collection and follow-up of annual energy efficiency actions
- monitor actions progress and IES energy performance
- Define IES Annual Energy targets
- Cross-fertilization of Energy Efficiency projects
- Validate monitoring actions to improve energy efficiency.
- Support BU/plants/Other departments in the definition and implementation of their action plans
- Follow IES compliance of key new legislations (e.g.: electric charging stations in parking)
- Communicate on energy & CO2 performance regarding the Carbon Neutrality roadmap ambitions

**IES Energy Reporting & Network animation**:

- Define and communicate responsibilities and authorities to promote efficient energy management
- Develop energy and environment reporting system and the communication system for the Division
- Develop, communicate and follow Sustainability (Scope 1, 2 and 3) and Energy performance indicators, monitors energy and environmental sites performance.
- Animation of a Division Energy and Environment performance improvement group
- Data consolidation for the Group Annual Carbon Offset Report
- EHS data collection (Enablon tool) for the Group: responsible for the completion and the validation of Energy, Top Planet and CSR campaigns-
