Are you a soon-to-be graduate in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field? We have an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career in our dynamic Human Resources team

**Position**: Human Resources Intern

**Duration**: 6 months

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

**Location**: Sevilla

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support in Human Resources**:

- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- **Management and Oversight of Personnel Management Platform**:

- Take an active role in managing our personnel management platform.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- **Absence and Incident Control**:

- Monitor and control employee absences and incidents.
- **Support for Training Management**:

- Assist in coordinating and managing employee training programs.
- Work closely with HR professionals to organize and facilitate training sessions.

**What We Offer**:

- Exposure to various aspects of HR, providing a well-rounded learning experience.
- Retribution: 500 euros gross per month

- Near completion of a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Full availability during the internship period.
- Minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
- Enrollment in at least one course during the 2023/24 academic year to be eligible for the university internship agreement.
