**Your mission**:
Welcome to your new role, as our next Senior O&M Engineer for PV
You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

- Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance as per OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties.
- Identify problems and develop corrective action plans.
- Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.
- Responsible for monitoring of all warranty claims.
- Travel to project sites and vendor locations as required to perform all aspects of on-site installation, testing, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required.
- Oversee field service engineers and service partners/subcontractors to execute O&M activities at PV plants and monitor their work result.
- Develop and manage local HSE regulations for site activities.
- Liaise with customers and respond to emergency call outs.
- Give feedback to improve O&M procedures and processes.

**Your profile**:
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it's all about electrical equipment, that's why it is essential for you to have:

- Education as Electrical Engineer. (Let's face it, you need to understand ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage etc, as much we love people willing to join us from different faculties, you should know your fair share of electrical conduits, right?)
- Knowledge about PV inverter is a plus
- Spanish & English language skills at least on C1
- You should base in Spain ideally nearby Badajoz, Mérida or Extremadura region.
- Driving license is extremely important for the job
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
- Willingness to travel
