**The day to day duties and responsibilities include**:
- Working closely with the Head of legal and other legal counsels in the Iberia region to support daily legal operations
- Assisting with the ongoing development and delivery of legal and compliance policies, procedures, processes, and training materials to support product launch and operations
- Review regulations and policies and assist with due diligence reviews
- Research intensively on local legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Being a great overall teammate to everyone in a small startup environment
- A Law degree is required (from any country)
- 1-3 years professional experience
- Experience including legal writing and liaising with different stakeholders
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must, Portuguese is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a good person, going beyond doing just what's the legal minimum, ask yourself if something is ethical or not. Voice your opinion wherever necessary
