**Office Junior** position in our **Torremolinos Office.**

We're hiring an English speaking **Office Junior.** A high level of proficiency in written and spoken **English **(any additional languages would also be an advantage) is mandatory.

**Essential Functions and Requirements**:

- Answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner
- Taking messages and calls back when required
- Welcoming all clients, visitors and employees into the office
- General office duties (office maintenance, printing, scanning, filing,)
- Generating hourly and daily statistics
- Dealing with company petty cash.
- Daily and weekly incentive reports/uploading to eternal system.
- May assist with Recruitment as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills - be able to prioritise tasks.
- Be able to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work to own initiative.
- Positive and outgoing attitude to work.
- Written and spoken English.
- Talented, energetic and likes to work in a team.
