**BECA GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS & COMMUNITY IMPACT**

La persona seleccionada se incorporará para dar apoyo en las áreas de Government Affairs de J&J Innovative medicine y Acción Social de J&J, en España.

**Entre las funciones que desarrollará se encuentran**:
**Apoyo en el área de GGAA**:

- Participación en la implementación y gestión de proyectos, apoyando en los procedimientos internos/externos de aprobación
- Participación en la organización de foros y eventos, apoyando en los procedimientos internos/externos de aprobación
- Apoyo en la adaptación de contenidos, tanto internos como externos, incluyendo la traducción de materiales Español-Inglés-Español
- Apoyo en la gestión de revisión de proyectos
- Seguimiento de Proposiciones de Ley, PNL de los diferentes partidos políticos, en relación con temas sanitarios.
- Apoyo en el control presupuestario y la gestión de facturas
- Apoyo en la elaboración del Business Plan
- Apoyo en la generación de Newsletters internas tanto locales como europeas
- Participación en las reuniones de equipo

**Apoyo en el área de Community Impact**:

- Apoyo en el diseño e implementación de proyectos de ACCIÓN SOCIAL que impulse la empresa.
- Promoción de la participación de los empleados en las acciones de ACCIÓN SOCIAL que se organicen.
- Contribución a la generación de alianzas y nexos con ONG, Fundaciones, empresas sociales y otro tipo de instituciones.
- Apoyo en la gestión administrativa y presupuestaria de proyectos y programas de ACCIÓN SOCIAL.
- Ayuda en la organización de foros y eventos relacionados con la ACCIÓN SOCIAL
- Apoyo en la evaluación de aspectos técnicos de las propuestas recibidas.
- Apoyo en la implementación de acciones de voluntariado corporativo.
- Contribución a la elaboración de la memoria de ACCIÓN SOCIAL.
- Apoyo a la comunicación y puesta en valor del desempeño de la empresa en ACCIÓN SOCIAL

**Qualifications**:
**Requerimientos**:
Preferiblemente grado en Relaciones Internacionales, Ciencias Políticas y/o en Acción Social/Sostenibilidad
- Proactividad y creatividad para implementar nuevos proyectos e ideas
- Buena capacidad analítica
- Gestión de proyectos
- Dotes de comunicación
- Habilidades para trabajar en equipo
- Metódica y buena capacidad de organización
- Sensibilidad por los temas sociales
- Inglés nível alto
- Buen manejo Excel y power point
