Tareas
- Apoyar talleres de requisitos comerciales, liderando el descubrimiento técnico, aclarando y guiando la solicitud de requisitos.
- Experiência en la traducción de historias de usuario y requisitos de mapeo de procesos a soluciones de Salesforce.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con analistas comerciales para comprender los procesos comerciales estatales futuros, garantizando una cobertura adecuada de la historia del usuario.
- Impulsar la estructura y el tamaño de la historia correctos para una entrega lógica de Salesforce
- Garantizar que los artefactos relevantes estén presentes para permitir el diseño de la solución y una estimación precisa.
- Definir e impulsar el proceso de pruebas de aceptación del cliente para identificar los cambios requeridos y comunicar los cambios al desarrollo.
- Representar historias de usuarios y diseño de soluciones en sesiones de estimación en equipo, proporcionando suficientes detalles para permitir una estimación objetivo de +/- 10 %.
- Realizar revisiones funcionales de las historias desarrolladas para garantizar que satisfagan las necesidades comerciales antes de pasar al control de calidad.
- Actuar como el único punto de contacto para el control de calidad de las historias asignadas, clasificando y priorizando los errores para su revisión. Compra el propietario del producto.
- Entregar un conjunto de documentos de diseño de solución, para una interfaz en gran medida personalizada, trabajando con el equipo técnico para brindar soporte en los documentos de diseño técnico secundarios.
- Conocimiento de la tecnología Salesforce tanto en el front-end como en el back-end para incluir APEX, SOQL y SLDS.

Experiência requerida Obligatoria
- Experiência en el diseño de soluciones declarativas y programáticas.
- Más de 5 años de experiência respaldando implementaciones técnicas de Salesforce
- Atención a los detalles
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para establecer vínculos con las partes interesadas de alto nível y comunicar cuestiones complejas de una manera sencilla.
- Excelente conocimiento de Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experiência trabajando en metodologías ágiles y en cascada.
- Inglés avanzado a nível Oral (C1)
Experiência requerida Deseable
- Experiência en la industria de servicios financieros, preferiblemente en hipotecas.
- Experiência implementando soluciones Experience Cloud en organizaciones empresariales.
- Acreditación de socios de la nube de servicios financieros
