Buscamos seleccionar un Agente de Service Desk para dar soporte 24x7 y formar parte de un proyecto estable del sector IT en Barcelona.

**Requisitos**:
**Requisitos Imprescindibles**:

- 1 año de experiência.
- Titulación de grado medio.
- Capacidad de trabajar con Herramientas de gestión de incidencias.
- Experiência en la gestión con usuarios/cliente (incluye contacto telefónico, correo electrónico, organización ).
- Conocimientos y experiência en Active Directory.
- Conocimientos y experiência de monitoring.
- Idiomas: Español y Catalán avanzado ,
- Inglés intermedio. (comprensión oral y poder contestar, comunicarse)

- Conocimientos y experiência de M365.
- Altas, bajas, modificaciones.
- Licenciamiento.
- Usuarios.
- MS Exchange Server.
- MS SharePoint.
- MS Teams.
- Capacidad de realizar triajes sobre las tecnologías anteriormente descritas.
- Usuario.
- Cuenta y/o contraseña.
- Permisos, autorización, autenticación
- Servicio web.
- Servicio BBDD.
