**MEP Engineer**

**Location: Rubí / Barcelona**

**Start: Immediate**

**Type of Role: Permanent / Full time**

**Responsibilities**

You will be involved in:

- Design and develop MEP systems, including plumbing, experience with pumps, heat reuse, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and electrical systems for industrial and institutional buildings.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the feasibility and requirements of each project.
- Create detailed MEP plans, specifications, and drawings, using software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other modeling software.
- Work collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, and other team members to ensure proper integration and coordination of MEP systems into the overall building design.
- Provide technical support to contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders during the installation phase.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all MEP systems meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and design problems during construction
- Experience in liquid cooling and Hyperscale MEP projects are a plus

To perform in this job, you’ll likely have:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or +6 years of relevant experience.
- Professional engineering license (PE) preferred
- Experience of 6 years with MEP design, project management, and construction
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards for MEP systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP software programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Willingness to travel to job sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent English
