Nuestro creciente negocio está buscando un/a **CONTROL DE CALIDAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE** con experiência para la Comercializadora Energética, dentro del departamento de Customer Experience.

**Función**:

- Control de Calidad del Customer Experience.
- Optimizar la capacidad del equipo de Call Center.
- Optimizar el proceso comercial en la llamada.
- Retención de clientes.
- Cierre de ventas.
- Participar en la puesta en marcha de proyectos de Transformación.
- Desarrollo de Equipos: contratar, formar y liderar.
- Fomentar una cultura positiva y productiva en el equipo.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en coordinación de proyectos de Atención al Cliente.
- Orientación a ventas.
- Experiência en el sector Energía.
- Experiência en elaboración de repositorio de procesos.
- Experiência en supervisión y liderazgo de equipos.
- Dominio de CRM: Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot o similar.
- Nível Alto del paquete Office: en especial Excel.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en posición similar.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**:

- Contrato Indefinido.
- Jornada completa.
- Horario de trabajo: De lunes a jueves de 8:00h a 17:30h y los viernes de 8:00h a 14:30h. Horario intensivo en verano.
- Incorporación Inmediata.
- Lugar de Trabajo: Barberà del Vallès (Barcelona).

Aconsejable disponer de carnet y vehículo propio para acceder a nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Barberà del Vallès (Polígono Santiga).
