Fantastic LONG TERM PERM job on large SY that travels to remote locations for both private and charter use

I am looking for culinary/apprentice trained chef with at least 1 full year on a private and charter use yacht over 40m+

Must be available to start in Europe in May.

Yacht will head to Bahamas, Caribbean, Costa Rica after cruising Northern Europe in the summer

Need a creative, non smoker who will keep 10 crew well fed and ensure the guests or boss have the global variety of cuisines they want when in remote locations.

Chef needs to be happy to shop for provisions in person and be able to plan for 2 week stints without re-provisioning in far flung places No calling up a provisioner to be on the dock the next am

Non smoker, driving license and passport or work visa to travel and work in Europe/UK. Tender license also a must have as you will going provisioning

This is a great job for a chef who wants to see the world and use the local provisions in remopte cruising locations.
