**Your mission**

As Finance Assistant, you will provide assistance in maintaining financial records. You’ll be responsible of processing AP invoices and payments, Employee expenses and a variety of recurring accounting transactions. The position may be responsible for various clerical duties, such as maintaining records and preparing reports.

**What you'll do**
- Review and verify all travel expenses (Air, hotels and expenses) and all other expenses paid to employees (Gym etc) working closely with the Workplace team.
- Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Posting of invoices, payments onto accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) following the Finance processes and procedures in place.
- Prepare Payments runs for Accountants.
- Post all bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable records.
- Assist in maintenance of vendor files including vendor terms and contact details.
- Process the assigned month end activities.
- Provide support, where required, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of departmental goals and requirements.
- Maintain department files and databases as appropriate.
- Assist the Management Accountants when requested.

**What you'll bring**
- University degree, Specific training Professional or experience in a similar role.
- Advanced or Business Level in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization and proactive skills, paying attention into detail.
- Advanced knowledge with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus.
