Main functions
- User´s support: remote and on-site support. (Connect remotely to other computers in Europe division)
- Microsoft System Administration: basic level.
- Manage Active Directory: create accounts, users, groups and distribution lists.
- Give support in Europe Traveling to all Ria´s stores.
- Experience with ticketing system tools (Manage Engine and Jira)
- Phone support for internal users.
- Incident Management (SLA)
- Acknowledge about Network devices (medium level) (Routers, Switches, Firewall)
- Generate reporting | Impact analysis
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/troubleshoot complex problems
- Update and manage Support and Incident tickets

- Qualifications
Qualifications - External

Title in system administration and network.
Acknowledge of an Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Servers, Workstation and Printers)
Acknowledge of microcomputing.
Medium - High English Level.
Other technical skills desired

Assembly Telecom rack
Availability to give On-duty support and overtime.
