**Misión y objetivo**

El Underwriting Analyst tiene como misión liderar los proyectos de análisis de RFPs y contratos de servicios NPL y REO, así como las tareas de asesoramiento a clientes e inversores, coordinando los trabajos de los distintos equipos participantes, preparando los modelos de pricing, los distintos entregables y defendiendo la presentación en los órganos de decisión, tanto internos como externos (el cliente)

**Funciones principales**
- Modelar los potenciales nuevos negocios en estudio, teniendo en cuenta todo tipo de variables como naturaleza del servicio, tipología de papel, volumetrías, evolución, canales, dimensionamiento de equipos y gastos asociados
- Análisis de sensibilidad de los principales parámetros
- Coordinar con los equipos del área Financiera y el resto de áreas operativas de la compañía la confección y validación de los Business Plan
- Colaborar en el proceso de pitching, presentación de ofertas y negociación con clientes
- Valorar carteras de NPLs y REOs mediante análisis de los flujos generados por los activos subyacentes, incluyendo proyecciones, estrategias óptimas de salida para cada préstamo / deudor en coordinación con las áreas operativas
- Relación con inversores, asesores, abogados y potenciales compradores en los procesos de compraventa

**Requisitos**
- Licenciaturas superiores o grado en ADE, Económicas, Ingeniería o áreas afines. Se valorará MBA
- Experiência profesional mínima de 2-3 años en áreas financieras, planificación, control, gestión de proyectos, etc. Se valorará experiência en el mundo NPL/REO
- Experiência en el desarrollo de Business Plans y/o modelado de procesos de inversión
- Nível avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint
- Nível avanzado de inglés
- Capacidad analítica y técnica. Habilidades de negociación, gestión y trato con clientes
