**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience teaching English literature at the high school level, with a strong understanding of the IB curriculum.
- Excellent knowledge of literary theory, critical analysis, and various literary genres and movements.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to students on their writing.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that values diversity and promotes critical thinking and inquiry.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians to support student learning and achievement.
