**Support Materiel Service Programme Representative for National Contract C#3. Repair & Provisioning Service for Spanish Customer.**

The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the materiel support activities to Eurofighter in the day-to-day operations. This job position is focused on negotiate, manage and report to Customer the Repair and Provisioning Service for the Spanish support Eurofighter contract.

**Accountabilities**

Ensuring Materiel Services Support for Eurofighter platform across the entire life cycle, this includes:

- Securing EIS and continuous materiel support for Eurofighter platform through a customer-focused organization to accomplish service levels agreed with Programs
- Development of appropriate materiel services concepts and solutions to match best with customer requirements
- Set up of initial provisioning recommendations based on in-service experience of parts
- Facilitation of a dedicated customer interface for spares and repairs ordering.
- Spares deliveries on time, on cost and on quality as contracted with Programme Management organization

**Deliverables**

Fulfill the accountabilities and finally the mission is done through the following deliverables:

- Quotation and Ordering of any type of spare part request (IPL, Replenishment, Flight Kits,

Commitment Letters, etc.) and repairs in any format for EF Platform through the specific Customer Order Desks
- End-to-end material management for all Spare Parts to customers till final parts delivery assuring the best and shortest lead time solution to the final customer, including provisioning activities to ensure the optimum execution of the contracted services, including AOG, Work Stoppage and Urgent spare parts and AGEs requests when applicable.
- Monitor the global Repairs supply chain operations and performance. Ensure operational

**Scope**

The job holder is responsible, in terms of materiel service, to:
**Working line 1 **. Review methods, processes and tools to improve current performance and demonstrate positive tendency towards the Customer. It will include:

- Lead and coordinate enhance initiatives (continuous improvement) to current process: Spare & Repair CPSs, Web Portal automatization and updating, Dash Board maintenance, BRDs preparation, LCP, IT Tools, others.
- Data analytics, Practical Problem Solving, Root Cause, etc.
- KPIs follow up and reporting.
- Coordination and support for the contractual deliverable documents for the Customer: Presentation material, Management Documents, Reports, others.

**Working line 2. **Contract C3 Phase 2.
- Repair and Provisioning Services Management.
- IT Tools related to Repairs.
- Support negotiation with Customer. Coordinate and prepare material for negotiation, technical annexes for contract, etc.
- Support meetings with Customer and/or internal Airbus stakeholders.

**Working line 3. **Support to Future Contracts
- Support and follow up of MS activities to support FCAS development
- Support and follow up of MS activities to support SIRTAP proposal.

**Others**:

- Support the team when needed on Spare or Repair processes, not only for Spanish Customer but also to other Customers/Contracts if required (International Contracts, Export, new developments, etc).
- Point Of Contact for Export Control issues in TASMC1
- Job Position is allocated in Getafe, Madrid, but could be required to temporally work are Customer site.

**Requirements**:

- Between 2 and 5 years experience in Eurofighter
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish & English
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment
- Self-motivated to deliver the agreed objectives within a diverse environment
- Knowledge on Lean methods and tools, good problem solving skills
- Good communicator, challenging style, cooperative and proactive attitude. Able to present problems and issues in a demanding Customer forum.
- Creative with an ability to deal with new demanding work-related situations
- IT literate (MS Office, CMS, IETP and SAP). Good skills on power point.
