DIGITAL MARKETING CONSULTANT
um die Verantwortung für das Campaign Management und Marketing zu übernehmen und zielgerichtete Kampagnen in Deutschland effektiv umzusetzen.
Aufgaben
Als Digital Marketing Consultant bist du das Herzstück unseres Teams und unterstützt unsere Sales
- und Marketingaktivitäten tatkräftig. Dein Ziel? In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team in Zürich, Campaign Management und Marketing durch zielgerichtete Kampagnen effektiv umzusetzen. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Gestaltung unserer E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen, die von kreativen Newsletter bis hin zu vollautomatisierten und personalisierten E-Mail-Kommunikation und Services erstreckt sind und stehst unseren Kunden bei fachlichen Fragen zur Seite.
DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH
- Beratung und Umsetzung umfangreicher E-Mail-Kampagnen im Auftrag unserer Kunden
- Projektverantwortung der E-Mail-Kampagnen von A bis Z
- Auftragsbearbeitung von der Angebotserstellung, Zielgruppendefinition, Mailingerstellung, Testversände, Nachversand bis hin zur Reportinganalyse mit den Kunden
- Unterstützung bei der Vermarktung unserer B2C/B2B E-Mail Potentiale und Zielgruppen
- Bearbeitung und Optimierung von HTML Templates und Kampagnensteuerung in unserem E-Mail-Kampagnensystem
- Koordination von externen Dienstleistern (Agenturen, Freelancer, Partner)
- Proaktive Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden rund um das Thema E-Mail Marketing (Upselling von Zusatzfunktionen)
Qualifikation
Um diese kreative Herausforderung zu meistern bringst du von Vorteil bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Online / E-Mail-Marketing Business und folgende Kompetenzen mit:
- Kenntnisse von HTML, E-Mail-Marketing und Webtechnologien
- Gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten speziell Excel
- Gutes Planungs
- und gutes Zeitmanagement
- Grundkenntnisse Photoshop
- Analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch
