**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify, engage, and pipeline talent globally for our open positions
- Explain the role, expectations, conditions and conduct a pre-screening
- Use social media for proactive sourcing and continuously searching for new ways to find the right profiles
- Lead a strong sourcing process and ensuring its effectiveness through proactive searching, employer branding and developing a pipeline of talent.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in English, both oral and written. Any other European language is a plus
- Previous experience working at a recruitment agency is needed
- Prior experience sourcing and recruiting for multilingual talent
- Strong LinkedIn search skills and experience with Boolean search terms
- Listening skills, ability to ask meaningful questions
- Self-starter, go-getter and resourceful
- Good time-management and organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time.

**Salary**: 22,000.00€ - 28,000.00€ per year

- recruitment agency: 1 year (preferred)
- recruiting for multilingual talent: 1 year (preferred)

- English C1 (preferred)
