**Meet the Team**:
**FE Platform squad** is a top-performing **Team** of 4+ senior engineers with diverse and versatile backgrounds which is responsible for:
- FE Dev Experience
- FE Architecture
- State-of-the-art and business-efficient Design System.
We're currently expanding and hiring in the team, and we expect to have 2 full fledged teams in the H1 2024: FE Platform and Design System. You as EM of the team will be responsible for expanding and splitting the team.
You will be working at the intersection of multiple departments (Engineering, Design, Product and Marketing) and having a huge potential for team and your personal growth.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Identifying potentially High-ROI projects, aligning stakeholders and delivering projects with the team.
- Keep building the Team making it an example of a highly functional team.
- Face a challenge of growing senior engineers to principle level and above.
- Raising the bar of performance management, hiring & firing.
- Work with stakeholders across the whole company from Product, Marketing, Engineering and Design.
