We have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Logistics Support to join an established team at Kongsberg Automotive. This position involves close collaboration with colleagues and customers across Europe so if you are self motivated, with a background in Automotive and enjoy supporting and working closely with people across the globe, this may be the position for you.

**Responsibilities**:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Daily deliveries monitoring from assigned suppliers according to the plan provided in SAP.
- Report supply problems reported by suppliers (lack of capacity, process problems, etc.)
- Ensure the correct parameterization of the references assigned in SAP according to the defined standards.
- Ensure a stock level of the assigned references according to the defined standards.
- Participate in the management of production location changes within KA.
- Manage possible logístical incidents in the receipt of materials (quantity discrepancy, reference error, packaging or labeling problems, etc).
- Monitoring and analysis of providers service rate, creating an action plan in case these levels do not meet the KA standard.
- Analyze inventory imbalances and manage their replacement with the supplier so that it does not harm the production of KA and the dispatch to the Client.
- Follow the environmental instructions of the plant and correctly segregate the waste from your workplace in the assigned places.
- Know, respect and comply with the policies of Quality, PRL and Environment.

**Requirements**:
If you have strong organization and time management skills and feel that you have a systematic and positive approach to dealing with issues this may be the right position for you.

To be successful in the role you must have:

- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma.
- From 1 to 3 years of previous experience in Logistics or purchasing departments.
- High level of English, spoken and written.
- Power Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in SAP for at least a year.
