Could you be the full-time **HR Director for our D&IS (Digital and Information Services)** **Business Unit **in **Madrid** we’re looking for?
**Your future role**:
Acts as an effective Business Partner by developing and implementing strategic and operational HR solutions within the framework of ALSTOM HR Strategy, could be also as an extension Alstom Operations through product lines to achieve business Quality, Cost and Delivery targets and acts as a change agent to support ongoing organisational and cultural changes.
Responsible for the deployment in an optimized manner the HR policies & processes for the Unit in line with the ALSTOM HR guidelines
**We’ll look to you for**:
- Support the Managing Director to lead the business strategy by advising on the main HR topics.
- Develop and drive efficient implementation of global and local HR processes, policies and tools for D&IS business, embedding Labor Relations, Development, Performance Evaluation, Training, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits among others.
- Lead the negotiation of the CBA’s for the Business Unit as well managing relations with the Labor Authorities.
- As member of D&IS committee board will provide partnership to different Teams/Department and will be part of the European D&IS (Signaling) Management network.
- Cooperate along with the head of the departments on the design of team structures and annual budget.

**Educational Requirements**
Mandatory: University degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economy.
**Languages**:Spanish and English.
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 year in a similar role as HR generalist in a Professional / Multinational / Multicultural environment; in-depth HR experience/knowledge.
- Working knowledge and experience in recruitment and selection, staff planning and labor cost budgeting skills.
- Solid understanding, knowledge & experience in HR Management tools, policies, processes & best practices.
- Good knowledge of the local labor laws.
- Fluency in English; any other language skills may be of advantage.
- Experience of HR operational aspects (Talent availability, Salary & Benefit, Legal/Labour Compliance, Income Tax, Social Context)
- Understanding of financial concepts relevant to business P&L, Balance Sheet.
- Knowledge of region HR practices, key talent pool sources in region with competition.
- Exposure to various international delegation methodologies and assignment of staff.
- Exposure to People Soft and/or SAP locally used HR systems and tools.
- Experience in transport industry.
