**We are looking for Power BI Solution Architect to be part of our Architectural team**:

**The role**
As a member of Nestlé's architects' team, you will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of the Power BI platform: this involves collaborating with local and remote development and design teams, creating effective Power BI solutions, and maintaining and optimizing the platform for peak performance.

- Work closely with IT platforms, Data engineering teams, Analytics Service Lines and Business teams as well as coordinate technical relationship with the vendor - Microsoft.
- Platform and solution optimization and efficiency and effectiveness of the platform performance will be one of your top priorities.
- Drive industry leading adoption of BI platforms, reaching the entire Nestlé workforce and beyond.
- Enabling our organization to power every decision through trusted data
- Your primary focus will be the Power BI Platform, but you will be exposed to other adjacent areas as well.

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Academic degree in data engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent professional experience.
- A deep knowledge of architectural foundations of Microsoft Power BI including advanced performance tuning.
- Prior experience in establishing and managing multiple large scale BI solutions with high levels of automation and significant production usage.
- Data engineering background: work with high volume relational and nonrelational data sources.
- Most likely you will come from a data and analytics background, relevant academic degree with 7+ years’ experience of building or managing BI Tools platforms at an enterprise level and prior experience as Data/Solution architect.
**Bonus Points If you have**:
- A strong experience with effective communication at various levels in the organization
- A strong knowledge of Power BI platform integration with data management, machine learning, data governance platforms such as Snowflake, SAP HANA/BW, Databricks, Azure Purview, MS Power Platform etc.
- Experience leading 3rd party service providers and influencing software vendors.
