**How will you make a difference**
- Lead the development and execution of the UX vision for all mobile apps. This includes working with cross-functional teams to define user needs, develop user personas, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct usability testing.
- Ensure that all apps are designed with the user in mind, are easy to use, and meet the needs of the business.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in UX design and app development.
- Mentor and coach UX designers on the team, and help them to develop their skills.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the UX vision is aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Track and report on the progress of UX projects.
- Identify and solve UX problems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of UX standards and guidelines.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the UX team.
- Conduct usability testing and make necessary changes to the UX.
- Create and maintain a UX style guide.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Present UX findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Keep stakeholders informed of the progress of UX projects.
**Requirements**:
**What will make you stand out from the crowd**
- At least 5 years of experience in UX design and app development.
- Strong understanding of the user experience design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with UX design tools and technologies, such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in UX design and app development.
**Bonus points**
- Experience working with mobile apps.
- Ability to mentor and coach other designers.
