We wish to bring to our team a young talented trainee for our internship program. You will learn and develop in a constantly growing and expanding company and be part of an enriching multicultural experience.

**FUNCTIONS (core)**:

- Preparing Welcome and Farewell Communications
- Preparation of new incorporations (support in acquiring IT tools, control of mandatory documentation, employee number, etc.)
- Ensuring new incorporations fulfill onboarding program.
- Support in creating Job Descriptions
- Support in arranging medical checks in Spain and Portugal.
- Collect the necessary documents for FUNDAE (Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo).
- Ensuring employees in Spain, Italy, and Portugal complete compliance courses.
- Ensure external partners/vendors invoices are correct and communicated for payment.
- Support in keeping track of fixed-discontinuous contract employees (holidays, start/stop of their contracts)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in: Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or other related areas. Master’s in human resources, MBA.
- Intermediate to advanced user of management tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Advanced English and Spanish (native or bilingual). Valuable knowledge in Italian or Portuguese.
- Mental structure, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Agile and proactive attitude
- Problem solving skills.
- Be able to sign an Internship Agreement

**LOCATION**: Barcelona, Spain.

**Duration of the internship**:
6 months to 1 year (Part-time OR Full-time)
