In qualità di Sales Assistant di Claire’s, avrai la responsabilità di:

- Supportare lo Store Manager e l’Assistant Store Manager per raggiungere gli obiettivi dei negozi.
- Fornire un servizio ai clienti informale ed efficiente.
- Garantire che i nostri clienti vivano un’esperienza di shopping divertente e gradevole.
- Dimostrare l’uso dei prodotti Claire’s.
- Rispondere alle richieste dei clienti sfruttando le conoscenze dei prodotti.
- Collaborare alla gestione di consegne in negozio, visual merchandising, inventario, cambi di prezzi e promozioni.
- Eseguire piercing all’orecchio (in seguito a formazione adeguata).
- Garantire che il negozio sia sempre decoroso e accattivante per i nostri clienti.

- Predisposizione al dialogo con le persone, all’approccio con i clienti e alla dimostrazione dell’uso dei nostri prodotti.
