We need an experienced Lead Technical Artist to join one of our most successful social casino titles. This is a key role, requiring a proactive positive mindset. You’ll be running a dynamic Tech Art team that drives innovation and collaboration across the whole project.

**What You'll Do**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Lead Technical Artist in mobile games.
- Expert in designing and implementing visuals in Unity. With a strong focus on technical performance.
- Experience in C# programming.
- Solid knowledge in 2D/3D asset creation software.
- Strong working knowledge of VCS (specifically git).
- Solid knowledge in optimizing mobile game performance
- Strong skills in shaders, VFX, animation, and art direction implementation in Unity.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and able to represent the tech art team in cross-functional forums.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira.
