Estamos buscando un Marketing & Project Manager dinámico y ambicioso para unirse a nuestro equipo en Duvel Moortgat España, la sucursal española de la reconocida compañía de cerveza belga. Como Marketing & Project Manager, jugarás un papel crucial en el impulso del crecimiento de las marcas y en la ejecución de diversas iniciativas de marketing. Esta posición está basada en Madrid, España.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar e implementar planes de marketing y estrategias de marca, que incluyen: activaciones, planificación de POS, eventos, marketing digital (correo electrónico, redes sociales), promociones, diseño gráfico, etc.
- Apoyar y dar seguimiento al equipo de ventas en las negociaciones con los clientes.
- Ser el encargado del CRM, garantizando su correcta utilización y proporcionando orientación al equipo de ventas.
- Analizar los datos del CRM y generar información para mejorar las operaciones comerciales.
- Actuar como gestor de proyectos para diversas oportunidades, como mejoras logísticas, iniciativas de IT y operaciones comerciales.
- Colaborar con el Director General e informar sobre las actividades y resultados de marketing.

Tus ingredientes:

- 0-3 años de experiência en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en FMCG.
- Una persona con conocimientos amplios en el ámbito de negocios, orientada a proyectos con un enfoque especial en marketing.
- Dominio profesional completo en Español e inglés.
- Organizado, con iniciativa, orientado a resultados y jugador de equipo con un espíritu emprendedor, no teme presentar ideas nuevas y constructivas.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y la capacidad para transformar información en estrategias aplicables.
- Máster en Administración de Empresas o Marketing.
- Dominio de herramientas de software como Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe y PowerBI.
