**The Role**:
As part of the Quality & Operations department and reporting to the Quality Systems Manager, will have an active role on collaborating in the compilation of processes and subprocesses of the company to implement and foster an efficient driven quality management system.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate in the compilation of processes and subprocesses of the company to implement an integrated management system system (QHSE).
- Verify and review the documentation of the different areas of the company before making them accessible to the company as a whole.
- Review the flow and critical points of the different processes implemented to propose improvements and optimize them.
- Help establish a good foundation for ISO 9001/14001 and 45001 certification.
- Identify operational problems.
- Investigate complaints and suggestions by collaborating and analyzing all the information obtained from the customer and the samples to complete the problem resolution procedure.
- Collect the necessary information for any quality claim report or incident
- Keep un updated non-conformity record and corresponding investigations
- HSE legal compliance.

**Are you the right profile for the role?**
- You speak fluent Spanish and English, and have valid visa to work in Span.
- You have a bachelors degree in Textile or Chemistry Engineer or related.
- Health and Safety Spanish legal certificate or Nebosh qualification
- Knwoledge of quality systems and familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Strong knwoledge of Microsoft Visio and Excel.
- Sharepoint skills appreciated
- Excellent organization, communication and reporting skills with attention to details with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on own inititative
- Plan daily working time effectively
- Show analytical skills
- Independent, proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Available to be based in Spain, Alicante, Alcoy area.
