**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring all processes within A400M RET GET meet the necessary regulatory and legal requirement. It establishes and maintains processes to ensure compliance with quality standars, industry regulation and customer specifications.
- Managing personal dossiers for B1/B2 licenses.
- Conducting audits and assessments to verify compliance with established quality processes and standards. It identifies areas for improvement, tracks performance metrics and ensure that corrective actions are implemented to address any identifies issues.
- Ensuring quality plan implementation, including quality objectives, performances indicators and targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives
- Leading complex quality issue resolution and continuous improvement projects, the behavior and mind-set change in the site to foster prevention and improvement quality and quality innovation.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) related to quality and drive continuous improvements efforts
- Quality System Controlling and Authorities Support assures the integration of new products within the approval from the regulatory authorities and monitors PERAM Organization Approval for Maintenance (MOA) and ensures that organization approval requirements (DOA, POA, MOA, DOA as applicable) are fulfilled.

**SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality management or related field.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems in the aerospace or a similar regulated industry.
- Desirable: understanding of QCM principles, methodologies and tools (e.g, root cause analysis, NC CAPA, PFMEA ).
- Quality auditor certification is a plus.
