We are currently looking for a project consultant to join
our **Local Energy Systems team**. You will be working at
our Barcelona headquarters, taking responsibility for
the execution and management of consultancy
assignments. You will be working in 2-4 small teams,
closely with one or two other more experienced
consultants for several clients in parallel, so strong
project management skills are a must have.

The position

The main tasks you will work on include:

- **Conceptualisation and implementation** of

international R&D initiatives (projects,
networks), often supported by EU innovation
programmes.
- **Assessment** of the economic, environmental,

and societal impact of energy projects,

collection and analysis, financing, and defining
future scenarios
- **Business modelling** and definition of

exploitation strategies to support the
implementation of new solutions and services.
- **Productization** of in-house developed tools

and services to support the standardisation of
innovation concepts.

an affinity for the energy transition, technology,
business and innovation, self-driven in our horizontal
structure and a strong ambition for fast professional
growth in a small and highly specialized consultancy
firm.
- Background and profile: MSc Engineering,

Environmental Studies, or a related science degree is
**relevant professional experience in energy and/or**
**project management**. It would be a strong plus for
and/or finance consultancy or other innovation
positions.
- Languages**:near-native proficiency in English**,

both written and oral, is essential (almost all our
assignments are performed in English).
Additionally, we value fluency in our client’s native
languages including Spanish, Dutch, German
and/or French. For this position, **fluency in Dutch**
**would be a strong plus**.
- Soft skills: we expect a **great deal of autonomy and**

**proactivity**, being able to communicate
professionally with partners and clients, and
managing and leading discussions and public
presentations.
- Hard skills: Proficiency in digitization skills or

previous experience with business intelligence (BI)
programs would be plus.
Overall, we are looking for entrepreneurial spirits who
want to take charge of the tasks assigned to them, seek
coaching from their more experienced colleagues, and
impress with their level of performance in general.
