Nos esforzamos a diario para convertirnos en la empresa más orientada al cliente del mundo. Para ayudarnos a lograr este objetivo, estamos buscando un Enlace de Servicio al Cliente para nuestro centro de distribución.
Esta persona gestionará el servicio de atención al cliente en el centro en cuestión con el fin de seguir la ubicación de los paquetes en tiempo real y optimizar su entrega para entregarlo lo más rápido posible al cliente. Además, brinda a los clientes acceso a expertos locales que pueden brindarles la información más precisa y actualizada sobre sus entregas.
Asimismo, brinda información a los clientes sobre cómo Amazon está resolviendo posibles problemas con su entrega.
El puesto se basa en un juicio excelente para planificar y lograr los objetivos. La persona trabajará de forma independiente. Se requieren excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas individuales para proporcionar una entrega y una solución rápidas. Deberá trabajar de forma independiente con un alto grado de precisión.
El trabajo es presencial en el Centro Logístico, contrato temporal de 6 meses.

Key job responsibilities
La persona asignada a este puesto resolverá los problemas individuales de los clientes identificando la causa, coordinará las entregas a través de la colaboración con las partes interesadas, y actualizará la información del cliente para evitar problemas futuros. Además, trabajará de manera proactiva para identificar problemas que puedan afectar las entregas de los clientes y evitar que vuelvan a ocurrir.
- Verificar los posibles códigos de acceso y las instrucciones de entrega para las direcciones asignadas y actualizar los registros según sea necesario utilizando la aplicación provista.
- Supervisar las entregas a lo largo del día y trabajar con los proveedores de entrega para asegurar la ubicación correcta para que el conductor pueda entregar el mismo día.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para mejorar la experiência del cliente.
- Se le encomendarán otras misiones, en base a las mejoras de calidad implementadas en el centro de distribución.
- Comunicación con clientes internos y externos sobre métodos de entrega.
- Resolución de conflictos para dar la mejor solución al cliente.
- Resolución de problemas para organizar soluciones adecuadas a las necesidades del cliente.
- Trabajar de forma independiente, saber tomar iniciativas.
- Atender ambos tipos de contactos, por teléfono y por escrito.
- Servir de enlace con los transportistas terceros.
- Ser capaz de gestionar tareas variadas, múltiples y de largo plazo, sin dejar de ser eficiente en un entorno en constante cambio.
