**Functions**:
As Payroll Manager at SD Worx Iberia, you will help coordinate, monitor and optimize the service of our clients, being their main point of contact for monitoring it, as well as the reference person for the team of consultants in charge of providing the service. daily to the same

**Your day to day with our clients**:

- Service start-up management: procedures manual, payroll calendar.
- Customer management at the local level and activity monitoring at the corporate level (for international companies).
- Service monitoring and customer follow-up.
- Follow-up of the invoicing of the clients in charge as well as the realization of order orders for additional services.
- Support and expert advice to the team in charge of the service on procedures with Official Bodies, labor and payroll optimization.

**What are we looking for**:

- At least 15 years of relevant experience in payroll and labor law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Team leadership and customer management skills.
- High analytical and prioritization capacity as well as experience in conflict management.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation.
- That you be assertive and have good communication skills.
- That you contribute to our team spirit with a good dose of humor and your own style.
- High english level.
