- R0060237- Ingénierie- Application Engineer - Key Account- Walter está buscando un/una Application Engineer que será responsable técnico de las grandes cuentas en el sector aeronautico de productos técnicos Walter en área asignada. Trabajando con su propia iniciativa y bajo la supervisión del área manager sus principales funciones serán:
**Funciones principales**:
- Preparación, presencia, coordinación, seguimiento, valoración y reporte de las pruebas de productos Walter en los clientes de WIB.- Informes de aplicación y Rentabilidad - elaboración- Dar asistencia técnica y resolver problemas a los clientes de WIB.- Reclamaciones técnicas de clientes - elaboración y resolución- Apoyar la venta mediante los desarrollos técnicos priorizando objetivos de venta y clientes estratégicos.- Conocimiento de la competencia, sus productos y su estrategia de venta.- Producto - Apoyar presentaciones en clientes- Conocimiento técnico del sector aeronáutico.- Elaboración de gastos de viaje mensual.- Buena comunicación con la red de ventas.- Manejo de CutView e Innotime- Apoyo en procesos a los clientes de Walter (Utillajes/Programación/Hta/Aplicación)- Programación en NX (se valoran conocimientos de Catia).- Manejo de Autocad.- Diseño de herramientas en CatDesign- Solicitud de ofertas a la central en Round Tools y PCD- Imputar todas las actividades y oportunidades en CRM- Utilización de herramientas digitales de soporte a los clientes: GPS, Online Xpress, Teams - Mantener contacto con clientes vía remota por videoconferencia, teleconferencia o soportes digitales.- Asistencia y participación activa en formaciones técnicas internas.- Participación en las reuniones de ventas.**Requisitos**:
**Formación académica**: Grado en ingeniería o FPII maquinas -herramientas.**Actitud**: Buen comunicador, dinámico y buena presencia.**Otros**: Experiência en mecanizado, programación CNC y simulación en el sector aeronaútico.**Formación adicional**:inglés, hablado y escrito.**Carnet de Conducir B**
