Business Analyst

**Job description**:
As a business analyst you’ll actively participate, through your data driven insights, in optimising performance and supporting operational teams & project roll-out.

In this highly transverse role, you’ll interact with a wide spectrum of teams (Operations/Acquisitions/Product/Commercial) and actively participate in the group’s growth dynamic.

You’ll support the daily operations of the Business Operations team:

- Create, update and track all business performance through analysis on a daily basis;
- Effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing team leads,
- product management and other departments;
- Proactively develop reports and analysis of performance including segmentation analysis;
- Track, analyse, and alert teams of all key business KPIs and provide qualitative feedback in
- order to support business decision making;

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- ** Mobile VAS experience industry is a must**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach;
- High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity;
- Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully;
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members;
- Drive and motivation to exceed objectives
- Highly organised and exceptional time management
- ** Business level English**
