Job Title: Global Learning & Development Lead

Location: Barcelona, Hybrid, 3 days in the office

As the Global Learning and Development Lead you will spearhead Galderma’s global sales training strategy and build a Sales Academy focused on delivering product training and improved sales skills that will equip Galderma’s sales teams with the skills to drive business growth. You will partner with Galderma’s Global Business Units and Regions to co-create tailored learning paths, harmonize content guidelines, and oversee the roll out of training via internal company resources or through third party collaborators.

Key Tasks- Learning Strategy: Craft a global learning plan aligning with business goals, creating sales training roadmaps, curricula, and diverse delivery methods.- Curriculum Design: Develop tailored onboarding and ongoing training for varied sales roles, blending digital, class, and on-the-job approaches.- Content Creation: Partner with global teams and vendors for impactful, role-specific product and selling skills content.- Program Delivery: Execute training via diverse methods, evaluate effectiveness, and innovate where needed. Engage stakeholders for alignment.- Performance Measurement: Establish metrics, evaluate impact, and provide regular reports. Manage external vendor relationships for optimal value.- Learning Culture: Cultivate continuous learning, encouraging self-paced growth and collaboration among sales professionals.

Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field.- 10+ years progressive commercial ops experience in life sciences, including 5+ years in learning & development focused on sales training.- Expertise in sales training principles, social persuasion, and global program design.- Proven record in successful global sales training program implementation.- Collaborative cross-functional skills and strong customer relationship building.- Train-the-trainer experience, leveraging third parties for effective learning.- Business-savvy with project management and data-driven approach.- Adept with e-learning platforms, LMS, and training tech.- Effective communicator for diverse audiences, skilled in conveying complex concepts.- Passionate about staying updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational learning and development.
