**Data Leader - Markets**

The Data Leader will be accountable for ensuring the data strategy, modelling, quality and access and use of data within his domain. We are looking for a Data Leader especialized in the Market business. Duties Lead the data strategy within the Market domain in the following dimensions:
Data Quality: Identify data quality issues and lead the remediation of data quality issues within the domain identifying and coordinating responsible teams; and lead the definition, implementation and governance of data quality rules with the responsible teams for doing so.

Data Strategy: Ensure the alignment of projects and initiatives inside the domain with the data strategy, the relationships and dependencies between them, and provide necessary guidelines.

Data Access and Use: Ensure the access of each initiative to the most adequate data source, following the data governance mechanisms.

Data Protection: Coordinate with DPO and CISO the fulfilment of regulatory, protection and security principles.

Maintain relationships with: CTO. CIO. CISO. DPO. and Governance area.

**Knowledge & Experience**

Deep knowledge of the Market business, products and processes.

Knowledge of data management and governance.

Knowledge of working with metrics, KPIs and analytics teams.

Experience of project management and execution methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Experience having lead Market projects, especially related to data and data quality.

Experience working with CTO and CIO teams.

Experience working with business and users teams.

Deep knowledge of the Markets business, products and processes.

**Education**
University Degree ideally in Engineering, Mathematics, Law or Economics
