If you like challenges and projects, this is yours In the new **Meliá Zahara Atlanterra** your main mission will be to guarantee a successful experience for our guests, building loyalty through unique and memorable experiences, offering dedication and personalised treatment. In addition, you will ensure the implementation of the Melia Service Culture, as well as the monitoring of the procedures in the Hotel. You will respond to the requirements, attentions and needs of the clients, taking care of the details, transmitting energy, enthusiasm and passion for service, reflecting, at all times, the spirit of the Hotel and the values of Melia Hotels International.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
- University degree in Tourism/Hospitality or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of Hotel operations.
- Mastery of the tools linked to the GEX department.
- Experience in team management.
- Very high level of English.

**It will be valued**:

- Knowledge of MKT, music, gastronomy, activities and technology, as well as interior decoration and ambience in general.
- Ability to work as part of a team and high service orientation, conflict management, communication and organisational skills.
