- a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

**What you will do**:
The Inside Sales Representative - focus on the new business telephone calls, converting them into opportunities and sales, for new and existing customers. You will own the sales process from lead creation to closing the order. You will also need to make close orders, and proactively to your sales plan customers (account portfolio). This role will focus on the Spainish market.

- Negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external customers
- Gain customer trust quickly to deliver commercial gains
- Sales process proficiency or prior formal training in a sales process
- Fluency in the Spanish language
