**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Network SRE **, you will be responsible for coming up to speed on the initial work done on the network monitoring and management assessment and developing a roadmap with actionable recommendations for the client to centralize their network monitoring and management across all agencies. In addition, this role will work with the larger network modernization team to develop a high-level plan for moving to AIOps.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Creating production support availability, outages, runbooks, process documentation and status reports.
- Working in coordination with operational support teams to recognize and record monitoring and measurement requirements.
- Providing administration and reporting services in the areas of incident and problem management.
- Tackling various network issues and contributes to the smooth functioning of the companywide network performance.
- Establishing testing strategy, standards and/or objectives in alignment with company enterprise IT objectives.

EXPERIENCE
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar position.

EDUCATION
- University degree or FPII.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience understanding of network monitoring best practices and experience with various monitoring systems.
- Up-to-date experience in the following: monitoring and management tools, automation, orchestration, analytics, assurance, API integration and AIOps.
- Experience in the design and implementation of complex network solutions.
- Thorough understanding of all foundational network capabilities (e.g., routing, traffic engineering, QoS/DSCP, IPv4/IPv6).
- Deep implementation and operationalization experience of monitoring/management infrastructure across LAN/WLAN and WAN/MAN.
- Vendor management experience including the management of complex vendor engagements with large organizations such as Cisco, F5 and others.
- Ability to expertly support and troubleshoot network connectivity to public cloud services providers specifically AWS and Azure.
- Experience in all aspects of network security and security elements and supported networks with proper controls and governance from conception to execution.
- English level B2.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Availability to work shifts.
- Availability to work on duty shifts, holidays and 24/7.
