The** CTO** must ensure that the technology is aligned with the company's business objectives and he/she will be in charge of designing and managing the technological strategy of the company and will be in charge of proposing, organizing, executing, and supervising technological projects within it both internally and in collaboration with other companies and entities. In addition, the **CTO** will need to evaluate and select the most appropriate tools and technological solutions for the company, making sure that they meet the needs of the organization.
- At least **15 years** **in the renewable energy sector**, preferably in wind energy, having developed all or part of his/her professional career in the field of technology and/or product development in companies that design and manufacture wind turbines (OEM's) and/or WTG components.
- Complementary experience in activities in the field of certification (_IEC 61400 regulatory framework_) of methodologies and products and in technical support to sales will be positively valued.
