Scada Consultant

Local Unit & Position Description:We are looking for an experienced **SCADA Consultant** to join our team in either Madrid or Lisbon. The role is hybrid - three days in the office and two days working from home. With your knowledge of utility industry processes, you will advise our utility customers on the digital transformation of their system operations.

In the coming years, the electric grid will change. Our utility customers understand the need to transition from traditional business models. You will support them in crucial developments such as grid optimisation, the integration of IT/OT systems, and the implementation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Advanced Management Systems (ADMS). You will deliver high-quality, concrete results to customers in South Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

Besides client-facing work, you will also identify and establish market opportunities, and develop our existing services. You will write and deliver service proposals in response to client requests or unsolicited business development activity.

Position Qualifications:You should have the following:

- Solid background in smart metering, SCADA, DMS, EMS, AMI integration, MDM, and/or utility telecommunication.
- At least two years working in the energy industry.
- Knowledge of cyber security, data management, and/or the Common Information Model.
- Experience with procurement procedures of technical systems.
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (depending on office location), with strong English.
- Available to travel (20-30%)
