**Compensation: €3.000 - €5.000 per month, depending on qualifications**

**Location: Remote/Flexible - Western/Southern Europe - UK, Spain, or Italy preferred**

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate remote-work **Trip Coordinator** to join our team at OAD Travel, an exciting startup that will be offering combined dining and lodging travel packages. Using its proprietary travel booking platform, OAD Travel will offer clients curated itineraries featuring highly sought-after reservations at some of the world’s top restaurants (as featured in the Top Restaurants lists of Opinionated About Dining) coupled with lodging at premier hotels in select cities and regions. The ability to speak Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Training restaurants to use the OAD Travel platform.
- Coordinating with restaurants to ensure smooth communication/integration of OAD Travel’s booking platform with the restaurant’s table management software. Familiarity with restaurant booking platforms is a plus.
- Managing relationships with restaurants and hotels, ensuring the accuracy and updating of their data and updating any changes that are needed.
- Identifying unsold inventory and managing hotel room options that are associated with individual trips.
- Creating new trips using available table inventory.
- Communicating directly with clients and restaurants to respond to inquiries and assist in resolving issues, as needed.
- Coordinating with third party tour operators to arrange for transportation and tour activities for clients to create memorable experiences.
- Potentially assisting staff in other areas of the business, as needed.
- Pro-actively identifying customer needs and providing solutions to match them.
- Assisting with social media requests, marketing, and promotions, as needed.
- Anticipating the needs of restaurants, hotels, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and clients enjoy the OAD Travel experience.
