Reporting to CPD CDO Director, we are looking for a Head of 2P Data Activation & Data Champion for the Consumer Product Division that will be the driver of using the data provided by external clients to influence activation.

About the role
- 2P Data Acquisition (for CPD specific clients, multi-Div clients lead by CDMO Data Team):

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and help to create agreements on 2P data, ensuring compliance and quality terms.
- With the support of the Channel Experts, provide valuable insights to the Key Account Managers to optimize data acquisition in their negotiations.
- 2P Data Activation:

- Define priorities for CPD on categories & lead the development of use cases aligned with the overall division strategy.
- Identify shopper insights to influence shopper activation (promo plans, retail CRM... etc) to drive engagement and sales:

- Define use cases to Activate Retail Media based in 2P Data (media campaign definition & optimization handled by head of media)
- Amplify successful use cases across different clients and channels, to drive incremental sell-out.
- Data Champion CPD:

- Act as a co-leader and co-driver of the data transformation journey, working closely with the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) team.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, promoting a simplification and harmonization mindset across teams.
- Prioritize data and analytics demands based on the strategic framework, ensuring alignment with the division's goals and objectives.
- Data Acculturation:

- Cascade and animate the upskilling plan defined by the CDMO Data Team, ensuring that the division teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Serve as the key point of contact for the CDAO team, acting as a first filter for tickets and demonstrating a problem-solving mindset.

About You
- At least five years of experience working in projects related with data / shopper activation or focused in business using Data from mass market retailers.
- Strong negotiation skills to create agreements with customers on Data and assist in negotiations with Channel Experts/KAMs.
- Proficiency in Retail Data Activation, including defining priorities, identifying shopper insights, and activating use cases.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities to co-lead data transformation, prioritize demands, and collaborate with CDAO (multi-div Data team).
- Knowledge in data acculturation to cascade and animate CPD Division Teams based on the upskilling plan defined by CDMO Data Team.
