✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

At least 5 years of experience as a Technical IT Business Analyst or in similar roles.
Proven experience in large, complex organization or international environments.
Experience in requirements gathering and estimations
Experience with SDLC, PRDs, and Configuration guides.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Fluency in English and Spanish.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Analyze and document business requirements and technical specifications for large-scale, international projects.
Assess the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended.
Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Collaborate with developers and designers to create visual aids and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Gather feedback from stakeholders in international environments to continuously improve business processes and technical documentation.
