This role is responsible for working on meaningful projects as a Jr. KAM.
Your tasks will be focussed on supporting the sales team and acquiring net-new business within the Netherlands market with the following **responsibilities**:
Telephone customer service and account management
Manage a portfolio of accounts, regularly updating ERP (Odoo, Hubspot) with follow-ups and quotations
Create and manage quotations and documentation
Construct strong customer relationships by assuring customer satisfaction through post sales service and effective solution selling
Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins for the business
Offer hands-on customer support.
**What we are looking for**:
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce
Experience in sales and customer service - preferably within the IT sector
Results driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targets
Native Dutch is mandatory
Available to work from Madrid - already resident in Madrid preferred
Willingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts
**Offer**:
Full-time position
100% on-site (with home office occasionally)
Career growth
Salary range between 26K - 30K
Annual bonus between 4K - 10K
