Cro Analyst

We are looking for a CRO Analyst to join our Leovegas Brand teams. We support our development teams to create the greatest gaming experience and to deliver as effectively as possible by monitoring and analyzing the performance of our websites.

You will be working with four analysts with a passion for creating user value. The team supports each other on a daily basis with product expertise, web psychology, data validation, improving processes, leadership and more Collaborate with key stakeholders within your area.

Work closely with product managers, product specialists, data science, developers and UX designers to improve the user journey and our internal CRO processes.. Do you want to make a difference, work with highly skilled people in a culture where your expertise, experience and ideas count?

(TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES)

As a CRO analyst you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs and behavior of our visitors. This involves identifying user pain points and issues that are preventing our visitors from completing a desired action and creating clear and data driven hypotheses. Moreover we are responsible for running A/B-tests to measure the effectiveness of the changes made to our websites, analyze results and use data to make informed decisions about which changes to implement or not.

**Do you have experience in this?**
- Experience in Google analytics or other analyzing tools
- Experience in SQL (specially Big Query)
- Experience in qualitative data analyzing tools (Hotjar, Fullstory or similar)
- Experience in carrying out A/B tests - from start to finish
