**Mission**

The aim of this bootcamp is provide our Financial graduates, the capabilities to be a global, flexible and analytical professional in a fast moving organization leader in the automotive sector.

**Financial Trainning and responsibilities**:

- P&L items - Be part in the definition about how the company structures its PL. Acknowledging every caption and what is registered there.
- Comprehend the calculation and KPI ´s (Contribution Margin, EBIT, EBITDA, Group Structure, etc.).
- Budgetary Process and Standard Costs calculation based on Budget.
- Analysis of the Consolidated Reporting
- Control, monitoring, and analysis of certain investment projects of the different Business Units.
- Review of the Financial Structure of the company.
- Analysis of the Free Cash Flow of industrial companies.
- Review of the Treasury Budget and Collaboration in the Management of the International Treasury.

**What we are looking for**:

- Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent advanced University degree
- Relevant work/ internship experience in an international environment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g.: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Highly motivated, team-oriented person with a distinct ‘can-do’ attitude
- Availability for 12 months at our corporate headquarters in Burgos
