Pv Electrical Supervisor

** Main responsibilities**:

- Supervise the electrical installation works according project design.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the installation process. Work closely with engineering teams and equipment suppliers to address any system deficiencies or malfunctions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site manager, construction manager and other stakeholders on site.
- Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, construction teams, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate a smooth installation process and meeting project deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure installation works follow project plans and commercial requirements.
- Evaluate electrical works progress and communicate it to site manager.
- Oversee subcontractors ' electrical works on installation.

**Profile**:

- Vocational education in electrical engineer/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering fields.
- 2+ years experience in the field of installation or maintenance of PV projects (electrical works).
- Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary and stay for long periods of time.
- B2 level in Spanish and English written and spoken. The communication with clients, subcontractors and locals is in Spanish.
- Good communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability.
- Organised with the ability to multitask and keep to time-lines.
