Are you looking for an exciting Sales Order Processing & Renewals Administrator role within a fast-paced working environment?

If so, this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your communication skills and join the friendly Sales Order Processing & Renewals team of a progressive international software house with the headquarters based in Harrow, London, UK.

The role will be based working from our office in Madrid, Spain.

The job role requires an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual working in the Sales Order Processing Renewal Department. The role involves providing high quality sales support to our sales team and our resellers worldwide. Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are essential.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Ensure ticketing system is kept up to date - tickets are categorized and being actioned by renewals team.

**2. Quote and Chase Renewals which includes**:
a. Preparing Renewal Figures
b. Inputting lines in CRM system
c. Sending Renewal quotes, reminders and expiry reports as needed.
d. Phoning to discuss upcoming renewals.
4. Managing of team shared mailboxes (Ticketing system).
5. Filing and keeping paperwork in order.
7. Ensure data is as accurate as possible in CRM system.

You may be required to carry out other work within the company from time to time as we must be flexible and adapt to market conditions and customer requirements.

1. Good communicator with excellent telephone manner.
2. High level of spoken/written English & Spanish.
3. Previous customer care experience is essential.
4. Ability to self-learn and resolve complex issues.
5. Good organisational ability, good memory and an eye for detail.
6. Ability to cope well under pressure.
7. Ability to work independently and part of the team.
8. Excellent timekeeping.
9. Minimum one-year experience in a customer focused role.

Desirable (but not essential)

1. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
2. Understanding of software licensing.
