POSITION

Louis Vuitton, the worlds leading luxury brand is looking for a HRBP to join the Mediterranean region.

If you are an ambitious HR professional eager to develop yourself in a fast paced, retail luxury environment this is the role for you. Based in Madrid, with frequent travel throughout a region of six countries, your main mission will be to partner with retail teams to attract and develop the best talent into a career in retail.

Reporting directly to the HRD of Mediterranean you will be a key interlocutor to our retail teams, accompanying them with guidance on daily HR topics, where you have a solid know how on local labor regulation.

You will have to influence, challenge and develop relations of trust with the managers to support them in building successful and diverse teams in different markets.

You will be responsible of working close to the retail direction identifying the needs in each store and of the full employee lifecycle.

PROFILE

You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.

At least 5-7 years of experience in a HR generalist or similar role, ideally from retail or hospitality.

You are agile, have a strong sense of service and excellence and enjoy working in fast paced international environments with multi-cultural teams where your ability to listen and make rational analysis of a situation are well known strengths.

You are hands-on, enjoy ambiguity and thinking out of the box.

You are comfortable multi-tasking and highly organized.

Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory for this role. Any other language is an advantage.

Frequent travel within and outside the UE is essential.
